Once again, a group of children from 4CC, helped to make bread and butter pudding, to share with their classmates. However, today we tried using wholemeal bread, chocolate chips and a chocolate flavoured custard.

The resulting pudding was again delicious. We discussed the merits of wholemeal versus white bread and raisins versus chocolate chips. Overall we think white bread with chocolate chips would be perfect!
